TOSHIBA LAPTOP SPEAKER PROBLEMS!!?

I have a TOSHIBA A500 17X and the speakers continuosly make a cracking, popping buzzing noise when i play music from youtube, itunes etc. I’ve only had the laptop for 1 day. Has anyone got a soloution

p.s – there HARMAN/KARDON SPEAKERS and ive already changed it yesterday for a new one but its still the same. please help

These speakers are premium quality and shouldn’t do this. The only problem I see is manufacturing. I suggest you get the entire laptop replaced if possible, in case the problem is with the sound card. More likely the problem is with the speakers though.
